Ciabatta with Sausage, Cheese & Olives

Ingredients

  • 2 ciabattas, sliced in half
  • 1 tub Camel Brand cheese and sundried tomato dip
  • 2 cooked Maltese sausages, sliced
  • 3 slices smoked ham, chopped
  • ½ tub Camel Brand sliced black and green olives
  • 1 tub Camel Brand butter beans
  • 100 g shredded cheese
  • Fresh basil and rocket leaves, to serve

Method

  1. Drizzle a little olive oil onto the ciabatta halves and toast lightly on a griddle pan.
  2. Spread the cheese and sundried tomato dip over the toasted bread, then sprinkle with some shredded cheese.
  3. Layer on the sliced Maltese sausage, chopped ham, butter beans and sliced olives.
  4. Top with the remaining shredded cheese and place under a hot grill or in the oven until the cheese is melted and golden.
  5. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh basil or rocket leaves.
