Ingredients
- 2 ciabattas, sliced in half
- 1 tub Camel Brand cheese and sundried tomato dip
- 2 cooked Maltese sausages, sliced
- 3 slices smoked ham, chopped
- ½ tub Camel Brand sliced black and green olives
- 1 tub Camel Brand butter beans
- 100 g shredded cheese
- Fresh basil and rocket leaves, to serve
Method
- Drizzle a little olive oil onto the ciabatta halves and toast lightly on a griddle pan.
- Spread the cheese and sundried tomato dip over the toasted bread, then sprinkle with some shredded cheese.
- Layer on the sliced Maltese sausage, chopped ham, butter beans and sliced olives.
- Top with the remaining shredded cheese and place under a hot grill or in the oven until the cheese is melted and golden.
- Serve immediately, garnished with fresh basil or rocket leaves.
